Haaretz
A series of paintings on sheets of Haaretz daily newspaper, corresponding with the content of the text and images from the paper.
Colors
A series of paintings inspired by Jackson Pollock, using puddles of paint, as well as paint spilled and dripped onto the work surface.
Tears and Stiches
The canvases are treated with paint; cutting; acrylic paint built up on the reverse side pressed into the surface; stiches of metal wires and ropes underneath and over the canvas; and gauze bandages.
Figures and Landscapes
Photographs of women I took in India (most of which I photographed during the two weeks I volunteered at Mother Teresa’s shelter in Varanasi) are integrated with landscape views I photographed in Europe and from my balcony in Jerusalem
